Fork Seals

I ride a ZX7R and I'm getting ready to replace the front fork seals. What is the best set-up for doing stoppies? Oil weight, preload, and rebound settings. If you have any suggestions, post a reply.

Stoppies should not be difficult on that tank. So much weight in the front!

Just looking to make sure I have the proper set-up. What is new in your world. I'm trying to stick close to the house so that I can complete some honey does, that haven't been taken care of since we moved in.
