Banjo bolt?

Banjo bolt?
Are they all the same and what are they exactly? Someone explain please...
I was told to get one cause we can't find the one we were using before.... My radial is a 2009 Kawasaki ZX14 -- don't know if that makes any difference. Can someone point me in the right direction? all I need is this one bolt and I can finally hook back up my handbrake, etc.

they are not all the same. They come in different sizes depending on what your master uses.

It looks like a hollow bolt with a hole or two on the side of the shaft.

If you can't find it you best bet is go to the stealership and act like you are buying one for a 09 zx14

Then you will be in business

So my OLD banjo bolt wouldn't even work with my new master cylinder? (my old was like a 99 GSXR600 one)

and do you think a newer MC will even make a difference? Im hoping so! haha

So my dealership has NO idea what size an 09 ZX14 banjo bolt is... can someone tell me? think they said they have 10mm and 10.5mm or something like that in stock? he said it's an univerisal aftermarket one...
