got one of the two relays in the front stuck in between my fork and tank and it's toast. since then my speedo etc doesn't work. i went to honda and they couldn't figure out what part that is.. wtf.. but anyway if someone here knows i would appreciate u sharing. thx

 

good question man. my gauges dont work for some reason either, and its a royal p.i.t.a since im back to full fairing. the gauges worked about 2 years ago, and now for some reason they dont. i have tested them on other peoples bikes, and they work! but not on mine. after spending hours reading my service manual and performing tests on the bike i think it can only be the ecu. but the ecu is the one thing i cannot test because i dont have the test harness needed.

 

well.. next step is to swap with someone's f4i.. too bad everyone rides sf

 

i'll pull the ole ecu switcharoo when someones not watching

 

try your ecu on someone elses bike

and try the relays on someone elses bike


I got a different problem.. My gauges don't have power with the bike off.. Resets my time and my mileage everytime I shut my bike down
