Need rear brake help
Ok i'll try and keep this short, I can't get my foot brake solid... it all started when we got back from florida, i needed a new rotor and pads, Pads were down to the metal and rotor was worn bad and had grooves at the top and bottom, so i put the new rotor and pads on, and then i couldn't get my footbrake or handbrake solid, i didn't worry too much about it cuz i got a HHD dual cali setup on the way,
Well in prep for my new HB, i went yesterday and got my old HB off and put a stock rear master and resi back on, and i can't get my foot brake solid! I bled that **** the old fashon way for like a damn hour str8 lastnite and absolutly cannot get this thing to be solid, I mean it grabs and will stop the bike, but it use to be rock hard... Any pointers would be much appreciated!

Re: Need rear brake help
stainless line?
stainless lines love to hold air. borrow a mighty vac from a friend is my suggestion.
first make sure your master is bled though. basically take the bolt off and hold your thumb against the hole and see if it builds pressure. have plenty of rags and brake cleaner available.
