SO.. i recently got them both but dont seem to fit together.. its for a 954 i cant get the GPR-triplemount to fit over the triple.
does anybody know whats up with that?

 

hmm i going to say that is because the triple was made with the dimensions for the f4i

 

why? its a 954 hohey triple for a 954 with 954 forks!

 

yeah, i dobut it was made for f4i, tahts retarded . but i also doubt its exactly the same as the stock one, or else what would be the point of buying aftermarket. sounds like youre either gonna have to get a fork/frame mounted damper or go back to stock triple. or fab your own triple mount, im guessing youre gonna need to shave some precise measurement or add some height some where...

 

Edit again lol - I just realized youre talkin about a 954 and not just the 954 f/e. It should still work.

 

i would say it was made more for the f4i because of the switching of forks,,which most people do....
and i have the hohey triple with a GPR and mine mounts fine.....

Jorge wrote back and said it was a bit wider, just like the rr's hohey triple. check out the mod you have to do on the mounting kit on th err page at www.hoheydesigns.com
