Maybe a stupid wiring question

I just got a steetfighter/stunt light.. and It just has 4 wires coming out of it. I already wired my tip over sensor. But I'm wondering what to do with all these other wires..and how to wire up my headlights.. I have a wiring diagram so I know what wires to use to hook up the headlights to my lowbeam.. but do I need to wire in the relays.. or is that not necessary?

basically what im asking is.. is it possible for me to just cut all the wires and cap them off? besides the 2 I wired together for the tip.. and the 4 i'm going to wire up to the headlight.

oh yeah.. this kit didnt come with any instructions

The reason I'm asking is.. I'm selling my F4i Upper and I'd like to keep all the wiring that is on the upper intact.
