all balance points are pretty much the same. you just gotta feel for it. Always cover the rear brake when gettin up there. and when you are really high and think your high. you probably have even more to go.

get someone to video tape you and check it out. you gotta get that front end waaaayyy up.

practice practice practice!

How do I get the wheel up higher? I can barely get it off the ground? Going 30mph and progress on the brake...Any suggestions?

i have the same problem on my 929..i honestly feel like im gonna loop it right over me. when i start to ride it out at low rpms it just comes up so damn quick. When i try it at higher rpms..i seem to find my balance point easier because there isnt so much power. Usually can redline it by then. On my old cbr 600..i would leave it in first gear up to about 8 rpms...let go of the throttle..and nail it real quick again..and it would come up pretty easy. Ya really gotta get used to it..im not even use to it yet.

I agree that the only way to really know is to tape yourself or get someone to do it for you then you know exactly whats happening, I thought I was gonna flip it for a long time, then realised that I've still got a bit to go, Its like when you first start you think its gona go on you..

Just keep that right foot ready - Just in case you gota brake.....

clutch it up. it's the easiest and safest way.

when you get up there, the bike will get "weightless". If you feel you are really high, you probably have about 2 feet more before that tail will touch. The bike is never close to being as high as a person thinks it is (until they do 12's, then they know how high a bike is)

video tapes work wonders

Get to that 'Oh **** I'm going to loop' point, that's usually the balance point... on a 03 gixxer6 the balance point is around 11 o'clock... or just a slight bit lower.. just from experience riding a friend of mine's 03... don't worry you have a long way to go before you loop, now an 03 R6, that's a different story...

ok ,, i got to the wieghtless ppoint but broght it back down right away....
so what happens if you keep on the throttle , you loop it right.... now that my problem i dont know what to do at that point. i find it hard to let of the throttle a little bit but not too much to bring it down.all at the same time i holding on for dear life and thinking how high is too high..

ya see myproblem...any one have advice for throttle control at that weightless point.

im learning alot lately...tj who rides for starboyz helping me out alot....basically when clutching it up...hold ya throttle at one spot and pull clutch in with one finger and let out, the bike will come up basically just hold ya hand dead solid...if u need to ge thigher clutch more..get use to that..throttle control is the most important, everything comes with that in my opinion..goodluck

keep practicing
