OK guys the bike ran 3 weeks ago. I changed the tank out and changed the left side light switch with the choke. I duno if i got the cable right but the bike jus turns over now seem like its no getting fuel.I put almost 2 gallons in it so it should have no problem picking that up. Choke seems to make no difference.

Did i install the choke correctly. should it pull past the arrow>?
Pump turns on and sounds normal.

check fuel line under the tank and make sure its not getting pinched.

 

Dang will do When installing i made sure it would clear everything.

Any one have a pic of the Choke cable on the Throttle body. THe choke has a guitar pic shape to it and no matter what it always seems to be hitting on the black piece

 

choke wouldnt cause a start issue..

 

Well with the tank lifted it finally started.Hose didnt seem pinched but who knows.

One last one for the xperts.

What temp should the fan Kick in? My last test run it never kicked in.Works when hot wired so fans good.I didnt have cluster on the last time.Its on now.

What is the Stock Thermostat temp?

 

215ish is when fan kicks on and gsxr's normally run cool..
