02 gix 750 running like crap help!!

02 gix 750 running like crap help!!
my 02 gsxr 750 had a bad throttle actuator and the fi light was on so
i put a whole different throttle body with new tps and new throttle actuator... the fi light is now off but it still runs exactly the same...
someone told me there is a fuel timing that when you unplug the computer it messes it all up... which i have done... is it possible that it needs to be re mapped?
i mean its just got a slip on and maybe a air filter but not sure... the thing bucks like crazy at 3500 - 4500 rpms when you keep it there for more then 3 or 4 seconds, shoots flames when im slowing down and gets 20 mpg... thanks for the help

did u take off the tps your self? you cant mess with the tps... u will never get it where it needs to be.. buy a complete set of t-bodies.. that are in good shape that have never been tampered with.

no, used but he said his bike ran great... its a whole tb assembly with tps and throttle actuator... just bolted it on....
is it possible an injector?
its just so weird its geting 20 mpg
