Front brakes working, but not that well..

Bike has been sitting for 5 months... The lever feels firm, but I cannot do a stoppie to save my life. Not even with 4 fingers on the brake lever.
Whats the word???

Make sure the pads and rotors arent oily.. Bleed the fluid. Scuff the rotor/pads
