i might be looking at this bike and had a ?. how hard would it be to install the parts that are needed?

I lowered the price from $ 2999 to $ 2700 I need to get the Headlight Relay, turn signal relay, and wiring harness for this. All lights turn on, it just doesn't have high beams right now and the turn signals don't blink. Once the relays are installed everything works perfect.
(The total with tax for the two Relays and harness from GP Sports is $ 120.77)
