wiring acerbis headlight. help meeee

wiring acerbis headlight. help meeee

i just got my diomond headlight in the mail and im going to connect the lights to the highbeams. i simply cut the wires where they go directly into the high beam light and connected the acerbic wires to that. tried both ways and the light isnt turning on.....am i doing something wrong?! show me the way!

there's only 3 wires... do you have a wire Ground in the circuit??

idk why it wasnt working but i gave it one last try and it finally worked! so relieved
