Skitching off back

Ok so I'm starting to progrees with skitching off the side of my bike. I'm not great but I'm getting there. Now I think I'm gonna move onto getting used to getting on and off the back......
Any tips. Or better yet a "how to".

try it with someone else driving at first. get some flat bottomed shoes like adidas (that's what i use).
Get up to about 30mph and then you lean forward and jump backwards and down holding onto the seat. Start off by resting most of your weight on yoru stomach on the bike then as you get better you can get all the way off. You'll want to keep your knees bent and your weight more towards the backs of your feet so they don't catch and knock you down.

also, make sure you put your weight far backwards.

to get back on, that's tricky. You have to kinda lock your knees and let your feet catch so the jolt throws your feet behind you and in the air. as you do that jump and push up with your hands on the seat and lift yourself forward.

you want to be at least 30mph otherwise your shoes will stick to the ground but 30 isn't fast enough that if you get in a bind your friend can slam on the brakes then you can let go and run it out.

and another tip, wear knee pads....cause it really sucks when you fall on your knees and with this stunt that is the first thing to hit the ground
