cable lube, they sell it a the bike shop. I use it on my quad for ice racing. I'm afraid to use chain wax because its so sticky, and I ride in the cold where chain lube turns to molasses

So my motul chain lube will really work better than wd40? I've never used it for that before

Well I just finished up and went with good ol' wd40.
I need a new clutch cable though. That little sleeve that goes around the end is all f*cked up.. argh

WD40 would be bad to use because it will dry out the cable completely, WD40 is formulated to get rid of all moisture...Its good for cleaning stuff and does nothing to help lube things....Get yourself some proper cable lube in a spray can

i always use slip plate its dry graphite in a spay can, works sweet and dries up so dirt dont stick to it

Hmm.. When I get the new cable I guess I'll try out my chain lube
