i have 01 929cbr and i'd like to do my own maintenence as much as possible also id like to do some frame work.where do i begine?

well thats great for you! start by drilling lightining holes in your frame to make it faster/lighter

nothing is wrong with it, the bike is cherry.i just wanna keep it that way.but i wouldnt mind addn a little personal touch to it like maybe a custome paint (difrent panels of course) and a difrent color powdercoat or a nicolplate.also id like to keep up with the maintanence its my 1st bike and the last thing i wanna do is let it go to ****.

go to your local bike night, there will be plenty of people to help you with that, make sure you have your matching honda leather jacket and helmet on.
