1990 GSXR1100L(Yes, I know it's an old crap bike!) - Removed and replaced front sprocket cover. Now clutch is not releasing fully with first gear engaged (have not actually started bike yet - this is just pushing it around the garage). Any ideas?

Also on standard gearing (15/48) can anyone tell me what revs you have when travelling at 100kph (~62.5mph)?
