that is in two of the cylinders, the far left and the third from the left those are the only 2 i checked does that make a difference?

 

idk about the f4i but if you change the heads out with another u still have to take the cams off in order to take the head bolts out at least thats what i had to do to my 929 motor

 

check the other 2, just to see if one of the 4 is different

 

Compression is not your issue, the reason you have 154 is cuzz you forgot to pull the throttle back to full throttle opening the butterflies while cranking, this will cause low compression readings. Try it again.

Replacing the head is in no way easier than doing a valve adjustment, your gonna have to make adjustments on the new head with used cams. Not a good idea at all.

Btw what is the running problem.
