fuel pump help

hey does anybody know how to change a fuel pump on a 01 f4i. any help would really help. thanks.

your in luck cause I just did this. First you want to order $8.00 rubber gasket from honda. mke sure it seats right and the 5 rubber tabs are pulled all the way through. The pattern to tighten is cross pattern on 4 side bolts then 2 end bolts. watch out and don't bend the lip in the tank or it will leak. find online parts fiche here. goto OEM parts finder www.yamahaoftroy.com

and get yourself some of the #32 washers from that fiche... fuel line crush washers for when you crack the old lines. torque the banjo to 16ft/lbs

last thing ya want is a high presure fuel leak
