find a way to keep the secondary butterfly's open all the time, it will be a hair more responsive down low, but it won't studder out on you like it does when the won't open correctly! i zip tied mine open and it worked fine majority of the time(ziptied on throttle cable side). i rode at SW this year with my T/B ziptied open.....you can see me messing with them in my run!

the best way to do it, is to drill a hole and put a pin/bolt(something to keep butterflys open) in the T/B's so the secondary butterflys cant close/move! the pin should hold the plates(flaps) wide *** open! DONT GET METAL SHAVINGS IN THE T/B's..... your FI light will flash but it's cheaper than buying new T/B's. keep all your electrical **** hooked up!

Re: Gsxr Help Page-

bought my 04 1000 a few months ago from a stealership...whenever i go to leave quickly from a dead stop my bike makes a horrific sound and sometimes stalls. its really hard to explain. i had my friends ride the bike, and they all get the same sound...any chance gsxrs have some weird clutch problem? its kind of like its chattering, but i leave with the rpm's pretty high, so i know its not that. suggestions?

check your fluid level, if your radiator is low it will jump all over the place.
