600rr overheating

my bike is heating up in about 20mins of ridin to around 220, right when the fan starts. keeps on gettin even hotter to about 240 this is when i am ridin at about a consant 50 mph the bike seems to never cool down at all. i just put a 04 motor in the bike i have a 03 cluster and ecu. i dont know if it could be a sensor that is bad or what? and another problem i am havin is that i am loosin coolant! everytime i get back from ridin my overflow is full and boiling over and spillin out onto the ground, and i have to replace 50 to 60 oz of coolent. I can not seem to figure this problem out i have flushed the radiator of all air bubbles that could be in there. and the problem is still there, could it be a thermostat, water pump? if anyone knows whats is going on please help.

I would check to make sure there are no kinked/pinched hoses and that they plugged into the right spot. It is probbably something simple good luck!!

Re: 600rr overheating

mines run a lil hot from time to time, but hasn't ever had a problem with overheating, only time it overflowed coolant was when I did a lonnnnnnngggggggg burnout at really high revs, other than that, it has ridden on the back wheel for miles on the highway without issues!!!

Re: 600rr overheating

my experience with hondas is flush the system completely and then fill with distilled H2O/let it sit for about 6 hours and fill again !!!no antifreze unless you live in cold climate!!!
