i have a 01 f4i and want too reinforce my subframe, ive seen bars from the rear pegs to the front pegs and then ive seen subframes totally reinforced. whats the best way?

im reinforcing a '02 gsxr600 with 1/4in thick by 1in wide flat bar from the 12bar to the frame. THen I might also triangular it between each side so it wont twist as much. I dont have pictures but Im sure theres many pics if you seatch.
