f4i wheelie

a good friend of mine has a f4i an is having issues doing wheelies tryin to keep them up high nuff that they dont fall back down.... he has -1 +3 he runs out of gear before he can get the bike up to its bp... he is rockin the back peg and right foot over the break.. any ideas would be helpfull thanx.

F4i's are cheater bikes. They should instantly go into a BP wheelie as soon as his left foot hits the rear peg . Somethings definately wrong, make sure to check all the exhaust bearings.

Ha just kiddin he needs to get it to the bp faster give her some more RPMs before he lets the clutch out. Make sure to cover the rear brake and take it slow!

he need to get it higher faster, more rev on that gearing. pop that clutch hard and get it to bp asap dont play around

he has looped a couple times... would it make it easyer to put a bigger gear on the rear too.. bring it back at a slower speed so he wont have to chase it when it does come up

It's all seat time and getting comfortable with it. Just get some good practice time in!
