Standing wheelies

Im new to the stunt stuff and i know that you have posted some great help forums, my question is there a key or tip to help me learn to do wheelies standing up? When i try as soon as the bike starts to come up kinda high my legs bend, i think its the fear of falling backwards . am i suppose to bend at the arms as the handle bars come closer or should i lock my legs and arms. I cant rock long wheelies yet when i try to learn the break the front always slam to the ground.l any tips are appreciated. Thanks
any one have or know who makes a nice freestyle crash cage for 95-97 zx-6Rs?

Re: Standing wheelies

Put your left foot on the rear peg, it'll feel awkward at first and I guarantee you'll get scared and drop it down as soon as it starts to come up the first few times but just keep trying until you get it, should have no problem with the knees bending. I've never done a front peg standup because I don't like the weight on my arms and why should I?
