gixer wont start anymore

gixer wont start anymore

i have an 03 gixer 600 wich i flipped doin a stoppie the other week and now it wont start. i have checked for hydro lock wich i did have, the sensor near the battery and even the battery and still nuthing. it just clicks once when i try to start it. is there anything else i could check? thanx in advance.

Are you sure the tip over sensor is in the right place?

yeh. i even pulled it apart and put it back together.

I DID THE SAME THING ON MY 02 AND IT WOULDNT START CUZ THE ACID LEAKED OUT THE BATTERY AND IT WOULDNT START......BUT U SAID U CHECKED IT SO.....I DUNNO

did you turn it over with all the plugs out? try that, there may be some more oil in there.

after putting the plugs back in i could turn it over by hand no worries. but i press the start button and it clicks once.

sounds like the battery is toast, try chargin it or a try a different one actually if possible! if not that, then go over your wiring again, something coulda got pinched or smashed, especially up front.

i managed to push start it today. there was some oil left in there wich it blew out once i got it running at took it for a good thrash. but it still wont start from the button. only push start. still makes just 1 click when i press it. i'm thinking it could have something to do with the starter motor or possably wiring? any thoughts?

probably something stupid. could be the starter but theres probably a loose connection going to it. being able to push start it is good that means theres nothing (for the most part) mechanically wrong with it. its probably some stupid wire somewhere shorting or has a bad connection from the bike flipping over. sorry i couldn't have been more help.
