bike selection / setup question.

Okay.. I have narrowed my search to a 900RR or Gixer750.

What type of gear should be used on the Gixer to setup for stunt'n?

It does sound like everyone likes the honda's for sure. I think I will skip the 1000 for now and settle for something smaller.

Okay I did consider buy'n aftermarket bodywork right of the bat.

But I was asking specifically what tooth ratio are people with gixer750 using. I dropped one tooth on my hayabusa but of course thats not a stunt'n bike either.

What front and rear combo sprocket sizes are being used for stunt'n on 750's?

thanks for the good info

on my '97 i had -1 on front, and +3 on rear. seems pretty good. not a serious stunter gearing, but works for me as i am not as professional as others are on here.

1 down and a couple up is probably a good start. Should be good like that for all around. I had a 96 and a 97 and with gearing like that you could do highchairs and tank wheelies in 2nd gear. Then as you get more serious you can go lower as needed.

SPEED,
MY BOY HAS A 2001 GSXR750 AND HE WENT DOWN 1 IN FRONT AND UP 3 IN THE REAR. IT WORKED GREAT AND YOU DONT NEED TO CHANGE THE CHAIN. JUST MOVE THE ADJUSTERS ALL THE WAY FORWARD. HOPE THIS HELPS

My 99 is one down 16 up not much on the street but its fun !!!!
The best for the Suzuki would be 1 down three up in rear!! It seemed like a all around good gearing..............lata
