First stunt bike

What do you guys think would be the best to start on for someone who hasn't really stunted at all before?

Re: First stunt bike

I know manubi posted a poll for best all around stunt bike, but i was curious what was best for someone just starting out and why? My 1k is awful twitchy in 1st and i've almost looped too many times. 2nd gear is smoother, but it's hard to get comfortable pulling it up at 50+mph when you've never really wheelied that much before. thanks

Re: First stunt bike

anything cheap.

91-98 honda cbr f2/f3's are great, steel frame, and take a beating like a redheaded stepchild...i actually think they like it.

you can also get salvaged f4i's and 636's for pretty cheap find a salvage shop near you.

Re: First stunt bike

the 1k is way too twitchy man, stick with a honda 600.

i wanna stunt a ninja 250 with big gears. i dont know anyone on here that rides one. A while back I saw some noobs doing some crazy **** on a stock 250. this guy has never seen a motorcycle until 2 weeks before and hes scraping standups. those bikes are retarded cheap. i dont wanna break my pretty F4 learnin these damn circles

Re: First stunt bike

I'm a pretty big dude though - about 235lbs. Will a 600 have enough bag to get my *** in the air in a highchair? what about the 900rr?

haha oh yea, stock with NO problem. theres more to stunting than HC **** though, walking nice slow wheelies on a 600 is way more pleasant than a big monster literbike,

Im not much smaller than you and i stunt a stock 600 like a babys toy.

Re: First stunt bike

super motard would be ideal... its not even stunting on them, they do it all themselves...
as for a big bike id say F___ .... you fill the blank and im sure it will be a winner, cant lose with any of those bikes really

Re: First stunt bike

Are you talking parking lot stuff or freeway wheelies? I would like to be able to balance one out down the higway sometime.
