Reversed shifter

I have a 97 honda f3. I am interested in reversing the shifter. Does anyone know if that is possible without replacing the rearset. Any help is really apreciated

I am more comfortable shifting that way. I am just backwards.... maybe retarded..... who knows....

Not sure if that will work. It looks like I will have the space to do it, but I was hoping that someone would know for sure before I tried myslef.

try posting this on CBRworld.net in the forums.. I'm SURE someone there has done it.. I flipped mine on my 2k2 f4i, but I bought vortex rearsets... It was as easy as cutting the cover and flipping the arm..

This question isnt really worth posting anywhere imo. If he took 30 seconds to look at how the shift linkage attaches, it would be obvious.

thats what i was thinking, its easy as hell. should only take about ten minutes to flip it around.

I got it on my 600, I'm not used to it yet so I still slam it into 1st from second thinking I'm going to third.
