I wanna resprocket my gixxer 1, I still wanna do **** on the highways. Just wanna do alot of tank ****...Should I just go 6 up in back?? Anybody have any suggestions?

KWRich has +10 in the back and -1 or -2 in the front on his 1K and it still does well over 100. It depends on how fast you wanna go.

 

i have an o1 gix six -2 +16. im looking for a stock front sprocket, ill trade you for my-2......thats like going + 6 in the back

 

I heard from a few guys, that have changed there front sprockets that it makes the throttle a lot more touchie and that it is best to leave the front stock. I just dont wanna loose the speed for the highway stuff.

i have a 03 1k and i was thinking of going -1 +2 and converting to 520. will i notice a big change?
