Stand-ups on a older bike

This is kinda a squid question but I figure why not throw it out there, I have a 1993 FZR 600 R cali version stripped of cali ****, -1 +0 and this is going to be my stunt bike. I have gotten the bike off the ground in first with clutching in (i've been gentle though.) I was wondering what your suggestions would be to do slow-speed stand ups on this older bike. In 2 weeks it should be -2 +0 but I gotta get the 20 bucks for a sprocket Any help would be great.

As a side note if anyone have fork springs for this bike I need some

just try riding it normally under 2000 rvs in 1st and you'll see it goes jerky. same in wheelies so gear that bi tch and you'll be fine..

Re: Stand-ups on a older bike

well, it kinda stalls out easily, and not much torque in the low revs, but a 95 yzf (thundercat??) would be better! and o yeah, those old fzr s are weak but cheap.. i'm getting a 900 rr soon, finally got some **** together!
