929 backfiring and fouling plugs

929 backfiring and fouling plugs

can't figure out why my bike is fouling plugs..i thought it was ignition problems but everything ck's out ok. bike backfires and misses while running ,plugs are all black and smell gas..
has anyone had this problem before???

yup check the small vac line on the right side of the airbox that made me crazy for a week but thats the same **** it did to me

yep i found that, but i had already ran my bike.. think i fouled my new plugs..
i'm going to try new plugs and see what happens.. thanks for the info..

Hey John, Thanks for the info!!!! I would have been chasing my a** for a week. Can't believe one little hose can cause so much trouble.

what kind of plugs are you running you have to run ngk cr9ehix-9 if you dont run a euridium plug it will foul out all the time even under normal riding trust me it took me four sets of ngk cr9eh-9 to figure that out also go to advanced auto parts for the ngk cr9ehix-9 ther only 6 bucks a peace at a shop there like 14 bucks a peace let me know if that helps

[B]practiced a little this weekend, bike was good but missed a little on solw 12's
probably beacuse i have cr9eh-9 plugs...well thanks for the help..if you guy's are ever down south or just passing through LA give me a call we can show you around THE BIG EASY
