yea. i guess if i could do it over again, i'd learn stand up's 1st, even though sit downs are on lock. if i hop on a bike i never rode that feels different from my 636, i'd most definately hit a stand up before a sit down.

oh ok. i wish i had skills. i just started practicing my wheelies about 4 months ago and only get to go out and practice once a week. i'm not very good but you can for yourself. i'll go home and put together some clips of me my freinds and some scenery around the island and i'll post it up.

Re: Learning wheelies

i started with doing sitdowns, till i grabbed sack and hit (what i thought at that time) was balance point on my 1st attempt doing a standup. From there on i said screw sitdowns its soooo much easier to pull up a standup. I dont have sitdowns on lock at all yet but can bring them way the hell up there and ride them out for a decent amount befor i run outa R's. Sitdowns scare me though BP seems sooo different.

Re: Learning wheelies

i dont have a real street bike yet, ive always done sitdown on my mx bikes and fourhweeler tho. i can do stand ups, but i usually only do them to change position in like a multi-stunt wheelie

Re: Learning wheelies

I can ride nasty sit downs on my 954 but can't get the hang of them on the f2. My standups should be better on the 954 now that I'm rolling slow wheelies though, haven't had a chance to test that theory yet.

Re: Learning wheelies

i say sitting down.....after learning sitdowns not being able to see were your going will make standups so much easier.....at least it did for me..
