i cant get it up...
Re: i cant get it up...
this thread is ******* stupid.... period...
if he doesnt take the advice OMR is giving him then let him learn it on his own, i hate it when stupid ******* newbs come on here, ask for advice, then say "no that not how i wanna do it" heres what you need to do
1. grow some ******* ***** and be a man.
2.take omr's advice, he knows what he's talking about
3. go clutch it
4. realize that once you get used to clutching it (which doesnt take long) it is a helluva lot easier and more predictable than powering it.
5.punch yourself in the face for being an idiot in the 1st place
GOT IT????

Re: i cant get it up...
not realy... im sore as **** from looping a wheelie on a CR85 yesterday, i worked in a hot ******* steel building all day oxysetaline welding copper refrigerant lines, im ******* exhausted and my girls parents are coming over for dinner
Re: i cant get it up...
power wheelies if done correctly will not hurt you or the bike anymore than clutching will. i used to rip pow pows in 2nd gear for miles everywhere i went. clutching is better, and you will have to learn it eventually anyways if you start riding in the lots. balance point is balance point no matter how you get to it. you can use your foot to control the throttle all that matters is commit and practice till you are blue in the face. everybody killing circle combos has worked hard for them. being a squid is not being a beginner, being a squid is if you get frustrated and give up and then you never will be a stunter. just somebody who knows how to chase wheelies for 3 seconds. work work work and be patient. the rate at which you advance will be from how fast of a learner you are, your aptitude for motorcycling in general, and how much you go beyond your limits. if you are crashing all the time then you are stepping too far beyond your limits, and if you never crash or come close to it, then you are either a natural at it or you need to step it up a little, but not to the point that you crash, just close to it. crashing is not good.
Re: i cant get it up...
get going about 15 mph in 1st. pull the clutch in rapit up to about 8 grand and one finger slip it. the front will come up a bit and you can gas the rest or get out of it if you get scared. That is the best way to learn and not kill yourself by going at a high rate of speed.
Re: i cant get it up...
waitng for the videonewb, if there is one person on here who will help you out its omr you dont want to listen to his advice well than do us a favor and make sure you catch your power wheelies on tape then after you loop it come back and ask for advice.
