question but how do you tie down a bike in the back of a truck (ram 1500..i think). only way i knew was to tie it down from the clip ons and i read somewhere on here not to do it that way so i really have no clue. im borrowing the truck so i cant really drill anything in it, getting at 06 636, and suggestions or pics? sorry if its an awful question lol

Re: Terrible terrible terrible

hook the tie-down strap to the top tripple, on the inside of the forks,
then secure it to the bed. DO BOTH SIDES OF THE BIKE, you can even run one across/through the back pegs for extra security but it's really not needed. you can strap the bike down on the kick stand or straight up and down, your pick.

*LEAVE THE BIKE IN FIRST GEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Terrible terrible terrible

I tie the front wheel in place so I don't have to tie it too tight down on the forks to save the seals
