you just need to commit to those O's man.... you got the dip, but your losing it.... keep it dipped, and give it some gas, and keep blipping the gas.

as for the power wheelis **** talking... you can actually hit BP doing a power wheelie, get scared use too much brake, or let off the gas, and lose BP. i rode w/ some guys who would power up their R1's and carry BP wheelies for a mi. and NEVER USE THE REAR BRAKE!! dumb *****, but they could do it (remember BP is lower @ higher speeds)

Make sure u stay that way man. Now, in defense of some stunters I do understand that some stunters don't reveal their spots to just anyone b/c doing so may jeopardize the spot being shut down. It was explained to me that they keep it secret to prevent squids and noobs from coming out there and hurtingt themselves, which means they'll have to call 911 for help, which means the spot will be blown up afterwards. Others say that the squid and noobs will tell too many people about the spot which again will result in the spot being blown up by too many squids and cops. But some guys are just real Mc ******** and dont give a damn...which is also understandable. So until something changes I'll be learning and practicing on my own....

Re: finding balance point

i changed to FOS and since then i can do 1-2 tight circles every time now.. something about being further up on the bike makes the dips more comfortable

i can't keep them going though.. its hard as hell.. haven't stopped trying though

Ok, ok I see you rocking the circles, lol but im no squid, like i said I can ride a 2nd gear standup powering that up also, so I know where BP is, just please dont judge it by the picture. When I know I'm at BP, the bike feels light, I'm blipping the gas at the least throttle input which also cause engine braking to take effect and the RPM's seem to level out. Do you want another one of these again----------->

Hey Paul do you still see David Waters every now and then?

Re: finding balance point

I'm so gonna buss my *** trying to stand wheelie LMAO! I'm just gonna wear my gear and try it! well...i'll wait til the last day of sunshine and try it, so that way if i wreck it, wont' matter, i'll repair it in the winter lol. i stand up on it and man that **** looks scary to think that wheel is coming up. oooo one more thing, is it ok to slip the clutch to bring it up standing up? i'm going about 25mph when i slip the clutch, i go about 40mph to power it up.

Re: finding balance point

don't slip the clutch... dump it, and stay on the gas. and dont stand on both front pegs. stand w/ your left foor on the passenger peg, and cover the rear brake w/ your right foot. might feel weird @ first, but once the wheelie is up it's comfy

Re: finding balance point

2nd Gear, slip da clutch at 40-45 or you can do a infamous pow-pow with a bounce anywhere from 50-55.

**** that... thats way too fast!

w/ stock gearing id say DUMP the clutch in 2nd @ about 30mph...... you want to keep it 1/2 way slow, and not have to chase it

Re: finding balance point

I thought he was talking about in 2nd rather than 1st, so that's possible with a stock sprocket? I know in 1st it is but 2nd will be a lil bit difficult. Anthony that's a pretty bike man, you think you can leave it that way? Oh yeah, i heard you ratted me and Dave out to jamie.

I guess you don't read, I said in and out of BP, 2nd Gear Stand-ups is wear I ride BP. How bout we just let this go, because you haven't proved anything to me and I really have nothing to prove to ya. You work on your circles while I work on my pows-pows, youngin.

nahh man.... 1st you'd clutch up around 5-10mph (some bikes 10-15) in 1st
2nd around 20-25... just gotta perfect your clutching technique.

clutch in @ low RPM's
clutch out, and roll on gas simultaneously (practice on how much gas)
and roll on gas as needed (but try to make it all 1 motion) timing is everything

Re: finding balance point

yeah thats right, im no stunter so you would know better than me. Ive seen peeps do slow stuff on stock bikes but the process of learning would be a lot harder and it takes alot of confidence. Like this dude for instance, he's stunting a stock 636 w/ Hand Brake.
