stretched chain and wheelies

stretched chain and wheelies
my chain has gottin a lil stretched out and it feel like now when i clutch it up for a spreader or a 3rd gear wheelie it feel under powered or the back tire spins. Do you think its the chain or is it just me and i need to just practice more.
