ok so i have a 05 gxsr600.. im running a 2down in front and a 56 in the rear... my bike feels like it rolls WAY faster then my freinds 636 and he just has a 58 tooth on the rear and stock front.. if u have the same bike as me what do you use? and anyone have any ideas on what i should go to? i dont wanna over do it....

 

its faster on take off because it has a lot more torque because of the gearing and your top speed , speedometer are off. You can go back to stock on the front (15) and that will be like going up 6 (51 tooth) from stock (45)

 

nah nah i kno what ur say but i want it to role slower on idle...

 

Regulate the speed it pulls by increasing or decreasing your idle setting. ex. ( If your idle is set 2300, it's going to idle slower than if it was set @ 3300).

yea i kno what your say in my idles a lil less then 2500 so i dont have much room to work with

 

I don't understand why you want to idle so slow... I keep my f4i's idle jacked... When the idle is turned down, it will idle slower (translation bog down and die faster) and second you have to be hella smoother with the brake...

nah like i dont care what idle speed is.. but what im saying is i wanna SLOW the bike down and have the idle at like 3800 so just like u said it wont bog down and ****... cuz withe idle that high now it goes like 15mph

 

should go really slow w/ that gearing, but if you want to go slower add more gearing
