flipped clip ons (newb)

hey yall I'm trying to flip my clip ons but i got stuck (yeah yeah call me a newb, squid, whatever) on taking the parts off with the starter button and the horn/hb-lb. If you guys can tell me how i'd appreciate ya!

yeah but after i took the screws out the starter button case wouldn't slide off...
