Its for having less fuel in your tank, making it thus easier to wheelie, less weight....


No but seriously, if you decide to do so, which I doubt, on that KLR, do it WITH the tank on the bike....and you dont have to dent a god damn volcano like I did, lesson learned.

I dunno bout you guys.. but I dented mine so I can put my tools in it when i'm working on the bike, put my groceries in it.. but I don't recommend that cuz last time I forgot I had em in there and did a sitdown and I lost my food

oh, and it makes a nice bird bath for the birdies when I'm not riding.
