Heres what I got for anyone else that wants a pic

The red line circled is the line that runs to the pair valve, just put a screw in it

i have been in about ten of these clean air threads and i explane it over and over and then i still get pm's about it ....lol

the first problem is people don't read the thread they just go to the last page and say how do i do it if any one read this or any of the other ten threads they would get it

you have a vacuum line off...

did you block off the vacuum line that you took off the clean air valve ?

SO ITS SIMPLE...I GOTTA DO THIS TO MY NEW 04 I JUST GOT..I SUPPOSE I COULD LOOK AT THE 03 636 I HAVE BUT IM LAZY...just pull that line of the valve...put a screw in it..then get the long line from the valve to the crankcase....simple and done?(i assume u gotta cap the air box where the other 2 hoses went to the box) do u have to cap the hole on the valve then? or is it automatically closed becuz its spring loaded? or better to use a t junction....or just keep the valve there?

see the big hose in the picture above ,the one that has a black hose clamp on it and it isn't connected to any thing on one end ?

that hose needs to be connected to the big hose with the gold hose clamp on it in the picture below ,it also isn't connected to any thing on one end ..

ok now there is a little vacuum line in the first picture that goes to the back of the clean air valve thats the black plastic thing that the first big hose i talked about is connected to you need to take that little vacuum line off the clean air valve and put a long screw in that vacuum line and thats all you have to do to the hoses and lines..

the only other thing you have to do is plug the holes left in your air box that the two big hoses you connected use to go to....

you can replace both of those big hoses with one long hose or you can connect them in a number of ways but the objective is to by pass the air box....
nevermind...omr explained it really well in the post

Re: kleen air on my 636-good idea!

I did this mod on my 03 R6 and it seems to be pressurizing the crankcase...pushed out the seal on the clutch shaft and I think blew one of the engine seals...any idea why I'm getting crankcase pressure?

Re: kleen air on my 636-good idea!

you probably didn't diss able your pair valve because when the mod is done correctly it creates a vacuum in the crank case not pressure
