wheelie help
wheelie help
Hi I have a 06 cbr600rr
1. Am I too heavy (over 220lbs) to do roll-on power wheelie?
2.is it dangerous? to roll-on power wheelie? (somebody said that when you lend from an roll-on power wheelie, there are more chance of lending the front crooked)
3. Will be safer to practice the clutch wheelie?
4. "Dump the clutch" Is this mean just releasing the clutch at once? like droping a weight from your hand?
5. When you dump the clutch, your throttle (the rpm which you dumped the clutch) should be same? like stablize? because I close off the throttle when i let go off clutch and the fron part never comes off the ground.
Thank you in advance
P.S I know my question would sound stupid to those pros and experts but I just bought a bike and started to ride for the first time of my like 2 weeks ago... so Please be nice?!

Re: wheelie help
ok if youre serious clutching it is more predictable and the way you do it is rev your engine slip clutch once your clutch is out give it more gas to keep it coming up once you figure it out youll beable to clutch it right to bp, dont do roll ons there stupid and can be dangerous oh and cover your rear break if it goes back to far thats what is gunna save you. and read the damn how to wheelie thread before you post any more questions.

Re: wheelie help
everyone wants to just go do it on the big bikes....
my advice....get a fiddy and learn some brake control, it'll also give you time to get to know your 600RR better.
then go for it.
