Sit-Down's getting squirly

I've been learning highway & slow sh*t for couple months now. Scraped tail several times in the lot. Got brake instinct down with my fiddy. Highway's are getting there. I can ride the balance point, but got to work on throttle control a little more.

The problem I have is riding sitdowns. I only ride staggered @ the balance point. Everytime I get a sitdown near it , it starts to get squirly(side 2 side) and I got to put it down. Is there some hints you got. Have any of you ever ran into this?

Just got back from the lot.....same sh*t.....

Guess i'll try to concentrate on using body more. I think my body just instinctively knows how to balance the standups???

i've heard a bunch of different things about the wobble.

choppy on the throttle......worn back tire.....bad body position.....etc...

when mine get squirrley, i just try to bring it up a little higher, and smooth out the throttle.

Re: Sit-Down's getting squirly

same problem with me, just lower pressure and work more brake then throttle, the throttle throws it around, dont move as much, cause if your going decently fast then controlling the balance wont be as tough then going slow

The only tip I could give you is try to be a little smoother on the throttle, if your'e going all twitchy lumberjack on it, the bike will have trouble staying steady.
