turning idle up...

Im still a newb and am learning to scrape 12s right now. I still get a little nervous when i bring it up and sometimes i close the throttle and it comes down soo hard that my hands feel like they are broken... I am pretty good with the rear brake so i was wondering if i turn the idle up if it will help with my problem and make it come down easier. . or will i just eat **** since im not good yet?

Your learning to scrape 12s and you cant even put a weelie down smooth , get back on the gas when you let it down, and i think if you where good with the rear brake you would not be choppin the throttle, ya if you dont know the brake good you will loop out with your idle up. get some video footage of that 12 practice then post up:YEAH

haha, i'll get some footage. I dont chop the gas, i can bring them down smooth when i just ride them out, its when i am attempting the 12s that i slam it down. I guess the only thing i can do is just keep going out to the lot.
