Before I wreck....

I need a bit of help...I tried searching some threads, but I couln't find anything too specific on my problem....

Totally new at this sport, but am totally in love. Anyway, started off throttling them ( i know some think its a bad idea learning throttles first, but some think its bad learning clutching first....so i flipped a coin) anyway, i can pick em up a foot or so, i just started em so i can get used to pullin' the front end up.

I have been learning how to clutch em for the past few nights after work; whenever I pull em up around a foot or more the right side of the bike comes up slower then the left....im standing staggered, and have my right foot "covering" the break to get used to that...Im so paranoid im gonna land ****-eyed and lay my bike down faster than....um....someone who lays their bike down fast...anyway...i know it could be my standing postion, and it could be my back tire, but im pretty sure its my throttle hand tensing up, or rolling too much, or something...I also cant seem to fulling stand once the bike comes up, if that helps...

once the bike comes up even, im sure ill get my ***** back and start clutching it higher, but until then i need ot figure out some way to fix the problem so im not waisitng my time. Help?

Re: Before I wreck....

you need to spread your weight evenly on the bike, get the bike up higher and learn how not to do power wheelies. or better yet just come ride with me...

The only thing you can do is practice.. they used to come up crooked for me every time until i stopped being scared. now that i am loose they straightened out.... stop sitting online and go ride.

sounds like you need to spend more time riding a bike on 2 wheels before you try and stunt one.
