Re: Wanna slow wheelies down

Go two down four up you can still enjoy riding. It's all in the way you bring it up. Bring it up fast then hit th brake keep your idle high.

Learn how to slow it down first on stock sprockets...

Re: Wanna slow wheelies down

i get them up around 4 g's and i keep them up for a while but after 2 long i run out of gear and i dont wanna switch gears id rather keep it where it is but it could also be my stance and balance

bring it higher up, and use the brake. if your running out of gear a sprocket wont help, you will just run out of gear twice as fast, learn to balance them first then move on to a sprocket.

Re: Wanna slow wheelies down

A sprocket will not lower your balance point.

I learned to slow em down by actually watching my tach...

I would just rock it back further and further real slow till i saw my RPMs even out... then i'd rock it a little farther back till they really slightly start to fall.. that's the sweet spot...

Now it's just muscle reflex

Re: Wanna slow wheelies down

learn to slow them down by feel, not the tach or the speedo or what your friends say about "how high it is". you'll get it in time.

Re: Wanna slow wheelies down

why do people think sprockets are a magic solution?
as has been said:
1-you don't need a big sprocket
2-get balance point on lock
3-rock it back and hit brake
viola
