This sh*t is all mental, and muscle memory gained by practice, and repition. The tips in here help a little but it won't teach you. You just got to go out there and practice until you get it. It might take you 6 days or maybe 6months!

Just don't intentionally put weight on your outside foot and you should be fine.

Re: SS O's
Here's another re I made in another thread that may also be helpful.
Your feet position is all fcked up. You have your feet together wich is good for strait wheelies but not circles. Put your heels on the edge of the passenger seat and your toes pointed outwards on the regular seat. Should help keep you more loose, stable, and able to bend your knees easier.

My suggestion is to turn you idle up a little from where you normally run it for idle wheelies, the little higher idle will help pull the bike around and let you feel what it's like to do 1/2, 3/4, 1 rotation, and also know the sweet spot and body position cuz you won't get 3/4 or 1 rotation not being in the sweet spot, while being on idle w/ out gassing it. Clutch up the SS, get it slow on idle, let it fall in and just feather the HB til it comes back on 2 wheels. Don't counter stear or transfer your weight to the outside. After doing this consistantly and feel comfortable doing 3/4 or 1 rotation JUST on idle and HB then you can take the next step in gassing it to keep the wheel up which you will understand exactly WHY and WHEN you NEED gas to do circle(S). Your crashes will be just little tip overs doing it this way. Once you get there turn your idle back to normal.

Re: SS O's
Honestly, I probably went about 5 or 6, 2hr sessions doing nothing but 1/8th turns and coming out cuz it just didn't feel right, which it shouldn't. Leaning your bike over sideways isn't a natural feeling and the only way to get used to it is to keep on doing it. Just like learning 12's it felt wierd going back past the balance point but after awhile it was easy clutching right up to 12 right?

Got any more??
Re: SS O's
I finally got ss O's. Not on lock but better then stagered. What I've learned is that its all push, pull and countersteering a little. My frustration is using too much brake and gas then having to muscle it around 5 times (push and pull). Yesturday I was able to do 3-4 with only brake. My idle is 2300-2500k rpm. I still cant really control it enough to do ralph louies but getting there. Now I gotta try going to the right before I get totally dependent on going left.
