Re: how to turn 180 stoppies

i was practicing em for awhile and the most i ever got successfully was 120 degrees....
a few that wouldve been 180's i crashed miserably
but i can turn em 90 all day.

what i've experienced is:
a good turning speed is between 5 and 10 mph
the reason for this is once you start to bring it around you'll have to get a little harder on the brakes.
so you roll it and then when you are ready to turn it, you move the bars slightly towards the direction you want the bike to swing,
this concept in itself takes awhile to conquer,
and at that same time you will be leaning your body weight a little bit in the opposite direction
when it starts to swing around is when you get a little harder on the brake,
this is to keep it up....
everything else is just trial and error....

i had such a struggle with learning these i decided to go with the simpsons method that if something is too hard to do then its not worth doing....and i just stick to wheelies nowadays...
