I heard some people add an extra quart? some people move the oil pickup? are there any kits for the 93RR? whats the best oil amount to put in without worrying about overfill damage?

There is no such thing as a good oil set up for that year 900rr...

that's a 898 motor you need the 919 motor....

isnt there a kit to move the oil pickup on older 900rr's?

 

i made my own oil pickup for the 95 motor. still runs like a champ after a year of full on stunting! hydraulic pipe in a 90 degree angle towards the back of the oil pan!

 

my boy has blown two of those engines already, I like to see a pic of that oil pic up you made if you have any?
