i'm looking to make a cage for my f4 but i'm debating weather or not to buy it or weld it together myself, i have some experience with welding. how much clearence should there be between the cage and body, or engine for that matter. (still debating weather or not i'm going to keep my plastics on or off.

Gorg: I run mine super close to the body work, so its not super bulky...but still with some clearance IF the enivitable happens and the cage bends ( and I mean IF) that way you still have some give and protection...
Let me know if ya need an F4 cage...I can whip that up in no time, and for a bunch cheaper than most
