AZ is the best. You can carry a handgun at 18. You can also carry a fully automatic weapon out in public.

i thought that u had to have a special permit or license or somethin in order to get a full auto down here. ive got a semi auto AK and have been wantin to get it to full auto for some time now.

and as far as ur second wish, u can pretty much rent any gun at a range w/ no problems so u could shoot the .50

Vermont is even more lax than florida. You dont have to have any type of permit to carry. If you're a resident you can buy a handgun and carry anywhere unless there are restrictions like schools, etc. Its crazy to think that its right next door to NY. One of the toughest states on guns. I know of NYers that have gone over to VT and bought used handguns private sale w no questiosn asked.
