I'm assuming that's what he means. On the EX... any gear up to 3rd. The 400 wouldn't pull up in a higher gear than that. Hopefully the 440 kit will allow me to do 5th.

What gear do you do em in Nasty?

Ohhhh okay......well since we are at sea level and not 5 miles up in the mountains like you Drew, our 400's will pull up in any gear 1-5....heheeheheh.

Normal Idle.

A higher gear helps me go slower without the throttle being so touchy. 2nd gear is touchy for me too... yes even at this elevation... that's why I normally do em in 3rd.

I would think that your weight would be an advantage for that trick??? Meaning you can get the front up easier in a higher gear and have to use less throttle. No??

Are all your tricks, "slow tricks"? Mine kinda have to be cause I can't balance well enough to shift through gears and start freestylin in a higher gear. All my stuff is 1st and 2nd... mostly. Mainly because of my power loss up here. That's why I find high speed **** so entertaining cause I can't do it!

I hear that. Had the 5.0 waiting for me last week cause I've been stunting the XR in the streets near my house. Came around the corner and felt my heart skip a beat when I saw the pig. Good thing I can go off-road and he can't!

So do you guys have a regular lot to practice in Nasty? Same lot we see in PSF movies?

naw that is his airstrip.....i wish we had access to it we do sometimes but he uusually hits us up and tell us to call him and we can go every once in a while..i usually try to catch him drunk when he goes out with us on wednesdays and see if we can go, but sometimes it doesnt work..we had a huge spot for everyone to come and play alls we asked was no burnouts so the owners wouldnt get pissed i would even walk the lot afterwards and pick up leftover trash and shyt, but people started doing burnouts then the cops had to stop it...it lasted for about 9 good months though....right now i have a lil spot by our apt behind the tollway its fun for me and my boy Logan but i usually like to have alot of people there it is cool to watch and have everyone out there.....but o well.....man the skill level of all the guys up north and you in colorado is great i couldnt imagine if you lived down here last year there was only two days we couldnt ride it snowed two times..i went out in it but the bikes didnt...

Re: what gear are yall doing

i can do seat standers in 3 and 4th...standups, every gear. but i usually only do fast stuff. 2nd gear for highchairs, and 2-5 for the rest. seems alot more fun. plus i cant seem to get slow shi.t down.

I usually only use 1st unless I'm doing something switchback or stoppies, then it's 2nd. I leave my idle turned up to.
